Have you ever had one or many experiences as leaders? If you are once ever a leader, how did you feel? What is the difference between boss and leader? Let’s get to know more about it.
Some people must have wanted to be someone capable of organizing a group of people in one or any way. But, does she or he know how to organize? If people decide to put themselves in a group of people as a team member or even if it is because of a situation, they sometimes need to act as a leader. They can’t choose of being a boss or leader, because it’s not an option but a must.
A person who works in a team and has a higher position than others means that this person has responsibilities to them. She or he is expected to possess skills to develop people under her or his leadership. This is one of the general purposes of a leader. The main purpose of being a leader is to make people develop themselves and gain a lot of new knowledge from the experience in problem-solving activity.
The value of the leader’s success is when the performance of the people under her or his leadership matches with the expectations or higher. This is the proof of the leader’s effectiveness in her or his leadership.
Becoming a good leader is not easy. They need to fix and know themselves first before they engage with others. The behavior needs to be learned so they know how to maintain it. Being a leader means that the need to put others first and put aside any personal need. The main focus is others and their experience is not something a leader can mess with. A leader also need to trust others first. Any method will be useless if there is no trust in a team.
